UNIFORM FITTING

• Uniform Sizing: Varsity fitting is scheduled for March 31 at 6:00 p.m. Parents should be ready to pay their balance via Varsity’s portal by March 31- April 1st. Invoices will be sent to each athlete. It is the parent’s responsibility to make sure their child has all necessary items.

• Parent Meeting - after the fitting to discuss fundraising, camp apparel and camp information. 

• Returning cheerleaders will need to order a new shell. Make sure you TRY your uniforms on before the fitting and determine if you need another size or length.  New girls may purchase uniform items from previous cheerleaders (except for the white uniform shell), but should have these arrangements completed BEFORE coming to the fitting.

FUNDRAISERS

• Coca Cola Sales -  Profit deducted from the individual's final camp payment. Any additional money raised will go towards the purchase of camp shirts, stunt clinic, and supplies for camp. 

• Mammy’s Soap - Profit will cover the cost of homecoming & senior expenses

• Additional fundraisers will be added to cover (Pink Out Night, etc.)

SUMMER CAMP- MANDATORY

Cheer camp is June 2nd - 4th at MCHS.  Camp attendance is mandatory for all cheerleaders. Cost is $339 per camper. This includes food. $100 deposit is due at Fitting. 

PRACTICE - MANDATORY

Practice will be every Monday & Tuesday from 3:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m, beginning March 31. Practices may be reduced to once a week when material is learned. Summer practices will be determined at a later date and are mandatory. Individual stunt group practices will be scheduled.
