Students Earn Industry Certification
Six students in Web Design have earned industry certification as an Internet Business Associate. The exam is the first of three tests the students must pass to earn the title of Certified Internet Webmaster.
It tests their knowledge of how the internet works, including internet terminology and apps, as well as internet security and some infrastructure. Tristan Brown and Hayze Bowen (front L to R) tied for the highest exam scores. Also passing were (L to R) Carson King, Adain Starks, Gus Marcum and Jacob Cheaves. The students will tackle the Site Development exam next, where they learn to code websites in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
