• If you have never used the system before, you will need to create an account using a valid email address.
• If you have used the system to update your information before, you can log in with your email, or click the "forgot email or password" to reset your login.

AFTER you have updated your phone contact information, you will need to 'authorize' your phone number to receive messages from One Call Now. 

Send the message "Alert" to the phone number "22300". 

You should receive a confirmation text.
