Lady Bobcat senior Jossalyn Forsythe has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at UT Southern in Pulaski next year.  Forsythe is pictured with her parents, Frank and Amy Forsythe, and sister Gabby.  Zach Crownover, Assistant Coach at UT Southern, was present for the signing.  Also pictured are Coach Jerry Lott (MCHS), McNairy Cobras Coaches Tom Court and Carlee Morris. Administrators Dr. Jerry Pyron and Tiffany Johnson were also present, along with members of the girls soccer team and several friends.

Jossalyn plans to major in forensics and psychology, with the end goal of working for the TN Bureau of Investigation.  Her favorite soccer memory is scoring the game-winning goal in both the semifinal game(where she gained a goose egg) and final game last year.  She scored 36 goals in her career, with 12 FK's or PK's. Jossalyn was selected for All District 1st Team for 2 years, and 2nd Team All District 1 year.  She was All Region in Middle School.  She helped lead her team to the District Championship in 2022 and 2023, and scored the winning goal in the 2022 championship.
