Meet Our School Nurse

Hello, my name is Nurse Carolyn and this is my first year as a school nurse. I moved to Selmer in October of 2021 after working in Seattle, Washington for 30 years. I worked at the only Level One trauma center in Washington that serviced four states. I am originally from Chattanooga and lived in Memphis before moving to Washington in 1989. I have a daughter in 8th grade and twin boys that are 26 years old. One still lives in Seattle and the other is in the Navy in Maryland. I am looking forward to working with all of you this year and hoping for a great, uneventful year.

Student directory information for eleventh (11th) and twelfth (12th) graders shall be made available upon request to persons or groups which make students aware of occupational and educational options, including official recruiting representatives of the military forces of the state and the United States. The school shall annually notify parents that the school releases the names, addresses, and phone numbers of secondary students to military recruiters and institutions of higher education unless parents opt out.
